1949 “Received in Third Class Matter Hamilton, Ont” on cover with 4c War from lac Masson, PQ (Jun 30) to Hamilton. Pencil intial “R” beside handstamp likely the clerk that found it. A scarce handstamp as mail did not often get mixed up, and rarely had handstamps explaining such instances.
