Return Policy (All Sales Are Final)

Due to the custom-made nature of our products and our on-demand production model, all sales are final. Once an order is processed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

We highly recommend reviewing our detailed sizing charts and product descriptions before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions regarding a product’s specifications, please reach out to our support team beforehand.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there was a fulfillment error on our part (such as a missing item or receiving the wrong size/design), we will absolutely make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your package.
  2. Provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue (the damage, defect, or incorrect label).

Once our quality control team verifies the issue, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or process a full refund for the affected item. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved due to a fulfillment or production error, it will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment (PayPal, Stripe, or credit card).

Please note: Financial institutions can take 3 to 5 business days to credit the funds back to your account after we initiate the refund.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Since we immediately send your order details to our production team to ensure fast shipping, cancellation requests can only be accommodated within 6 hours of placing your order. After this brief window, production begins, and the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
