Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing time separate from the shipping transit time. Standard orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days after payment is successfully verified. Please note that processing times may take slightly longer during peak holiday seasons or major promotional events.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected. As a special thank you to our customers, Halira Store is thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $299. This discount is automatically applied at checkout once your cart meets the qualifying threshold.

Order Tracking

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after receiving the email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders

Any customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information regarding your country’s import regulations.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If you realize you have made an error, please contact our support team immediately. We will do our best to update the information before the order is processed. However, if the package has already been handed over to our shipping partners, we cannot redirect it or issue a refund for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we partner with top-tier carriers, Halira Store is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
